Dividend announcement to COCO Collective Ownership Company Limassol Limited
Oneplan Consulting Ltd, based on a resolution of its Board of Directors on December 27, 2024, decided to proceed with the distribution of dividends for 2024 to its shareholders Mr. George Ioulianos (90%) and Messrs. COCO Collective Ownership Company Limassol Limited (10%).
Based on the above decision, we would like to announce that our company has proceeded with the payment of the amount of one thousand and five hundred euros (€1,500) to the COCO Collective Ownership Company Limassol Limited on January 2, 2025.
