Dividend announcement to COCO Collective Ownership Company Limassol Limited
Oneplan Consulting Ltd, based on a resolution of its Board of Directors on December 28, 2023, decided to proceed with the distribution of dividends for 2023 to its shareholders Mr. George Ioulianos (90%) and Messrs. COCO Collective Ownership Company Limassol Limited (10%).
Based on the above decision, we would like to announce that our company has proceeded with the payment of the amount of six hundred and fifty euros (€650) to the COCO Collective Ownership Company Limassol Limited on January 16, 2024.
