Dividend announcement to COCO Collective Ownership Company Limassol Limited
Oneplan Consulting Ltd, based on a resolution of its Board of Directors on December 30, 2022, decided to proceed with the distribution of dividends for 2022 to its shareholders Mr. George Ioulianos (90%) and Messrs. COCO Collective Ownership Company Limassol Limited (10%).
Based on the above decision, we would like to announce that our company has proceeded with the payment of the amount of one thousand four hundred euros (€1,400) to the COCO Collective Ownership Company Limassol Limited on January 9, 2023.
